Upper Face: Botulinum Toxin Injections with Intention
Molly received a touch of botulinum toxin injections in the upper areas. Dana skipped the crow’s feet for this treatment, because the plan included subtle filler along the outer part of the under eyes.
Midface: Lateral Under-Eye and Cheek Support
Side sleeping can gradually break down the fat pads under the eyes and thin the skin, making one side look more hollow or tired than the other. Dana used lateral under-eye filler to restore that lost volume for Molly. In a follow-up session, PRF EZ Gel was added to stimulate collagen and give a final touch to the under-eye rejuvenation.
Dana also added a bit of lateral cheek filler, especially on the side where sleeping had created more flattening.
A small amount of chin filler helped refine and slightly narrow the chin for a softer, more feminine profile.
Lower Face: Shadow Zone and Pre-Jowl Support
To blend everything, volume was added in the “shadow” area between the chin and the cheek so the lower face looks smoother and more continuous instead of segmented.
As women age, this area can hollow and create a pre-jowl look, which is the early sagging and heaviness that appears just in front of the jowls along the jawline.
Finishing Touches: Neck, Lips, and Overall Harmony
The treatment finished with small corrections to the neck bands, lower face muscles, and chin.
A touch of lip filler was the final detail.
