The Website logs environmental variables such as browser type, operating system and CPU speed, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your originating Internet Service Provider, to try to bring you the best possible service.

This Website uses Google Analytics and related products, including Tag Manager. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Use of the Information You Provide

The Aesthetic Method, through the Website, collects personally identifiable information that you have provided for purposes of providing the services you request, the purchase of merchandise, products or gift cards through the Website, to the extent offered, conducting marketing research, identifying your preferences or interests, improving the merchandise or products offered through the Website, sending surveys,conducting marketing research, notifying you of new products or sales promotions or changes to the Website.

When you submit personally identifiable information through the Website, you are agreeing that the Aesthetic Method and its service providers may access, store, and use that information for the purposes stated above. You understand and agree that the information provided by you may be shared for purposes of consummating any transaction initiated by you through the Website. For example, the Aesthetic Method may use third-party vendors in order to complete shipping of products, merchandise or gift cards that you have purchased through the Website.

The Aesthetic Method may be required by law enforcement, governmental and/ or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to them. The Aesthetic Method may also release information to law enforcement agencies or other third parties if the Aesthetic Method determines, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to protect the safety and welfare of the Aesthetic Method personnel, to enforce this Policy or other agreement between you and the Aesthetic Method.

 

ARTICLE III

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, USE AND COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA

Certain third-party websites are included as links within the Website for specific purposes including the facilitation of certain transactions including, but not limited to, the purchase of merchandise, products and gift cards from the Aesthetic Method and the booking of appointments within the booking system utilized by the Aesthetic Method.

Booking System Registration and Collection of Information

​

The booking system is a system that is created, operated and maintained by a third-party provider, which allows you to create and register an online account for purposes of booking appointments for services to be provided by the Aesthetic Method (the “Booking System”).

Currently, the Booking System utilized by the Aesthetic Method is Aesthetic Record, an unaffiliated third-party vendor that provides booking management software and systems.  In order to register an account, you are required to submit certain personal information including, without limitation, your full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and payment information.

By creating an account and using the Booking System for the purposes identified, you understand and agree that you are providing the requested information, including personally identifiable information, to the third-party vendor, Aesthetic Record and are agreeing to Aesthetic Record’s separate terms and conditions and privacy policy, as may be altered according to same, which can be found here:

If you do not wish to create an account or do not agree to the terms and conditions or the privacy policy, you may book any services directly by contacting the Aesthetic Method via telephone. Aesthetic Method reserves the right to change third-party vendors, at any time, without notice.

 

Third-Party Payment Processors

 

The Aesthetic Method utilizes different third-party payment processing vendors for the purchase of items available for sale by the Aesthetic Method including, without limitation, gift cards.

Currently, and depending on the transaction at issue, the Aesthetic Method may use the following third-party payment processing vendors: Block Inc., also known as “Square” or “Square Financial Services, Inc.” (altogether, “Square”); Paypal Holding, Inc. (“Paypal”) or Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), collectively referred to herein as the “Payment Processor(s)”.

In order to complete a transaction through the Website, you will be directed to one of the Payment Processor’s websites for payment processing.  As part of the process, you will be required to provide certain personal information including, without limitation, your name, telephone number, address, and financial information. You may also be required to register for and create an account with the Payment Processor.

You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions and privacy policies for the applicable Payment Processor and to ensure that you have read any updates to the terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to completing a transaction.

By using the Payment Processor’s website to complete the transaction, you are agreeing to the collection, maintenance and use of your personal information and data by the Payment Processor and their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

If you do not agree to the Payment Processor’s terms and conditions or privacy policy, or do not wish to register and create an account, you may purchase items directly at the Aesthetic Method location.

 

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY VENDOR WEBSITES

 

You understand and agree that the Aesthetic Method is not responsible for the security or performance of the websites maintained by the third-party vendors, used by Aesthetic Method, now and in the future. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive any claims, suits, demands or causes of action against the Aesthetic Method arising out of or in connection with your use of any Booking System or the Payment Processor’s websites.

ARTICLE IV 

MAILCHIMP OPT-IN FOR THE AESTHETIC METHOD EMAIL NEWSLETTERS AND MARKETING 

 

Email Newsletters and Marketing Opt-In

You may enter your information in order to subscribe to the Aesthetic Method newsletters and marketing emails with, or without, booking any services or purchasing products that are available for sale on the Website.

 

Information Collected and Use of Same

 

By opting into subscription to Aesthetic Method email newsletters and marketing emails, you agree to your personal information, such as name, email address, telephone number and other data, as set forth below, being collected, maintained and stored by the Aesthetic Method’s email provider, Mailchimp. 

 

In order to manage email newsletters and marketing subscriptions, the Aesthetic Method, together with Mailchimp, retains the names, email addresses, and other information (including telephone numbers, etc.) that you may provide to the Aesthetic Method through the Website. The Aesthetic Method also retains logs of emails that have been sent, automatically generated email data that is used by the Aesthetic Method to improve its email communications. This automatically generated email data (generated through simple tools such as “pixel tags” and link redirects) may include the following information: the recipient’s name and email address; whether the email was opened; if a link in the message was clicked; whether an email was delivered; and if the email was forwarded. While we may use your email address to help target our digital advertising and send you information, we will never sell your information to any third parties.

If, at any time, you wish to stop receiving email newsletters and marketing materials, simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email message.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, those individual users who are booking treatments and services or purchasing products will continue to receive confirmation emails.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS 

 

California Residents and Privacy Rights

 

For residents based in the state of California, you may request the identity of any third parties to whom the Aesthetic Method has disclosed personal information within the previous calendar year, along with the type of personal information disclosed, for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. Please note that under California law, businesses are only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year.
