Founder, CEO, Injector

As a teenager Stephanie was in a car accident that changed her life and facial features forever.  For many years after, Stephanie underwent multiple reconstruction procedures and cosmetic improvements. Throughout this experience, Stephanie knew she wanted to offer people those same life changing procedures which led her into the medical field. She attended Wayne State University in Detroit for her undergraduate degree and University of Bridgeport for her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Stephanie has trained extensively all over the country and has adapted a “full face balancing” model when it comes to the treatments she offers her patients as well as how she trains other TAM injectors.

Similar to Stephanie, Dana started her nursing career working in the ER in Detroit, but always had a passion for aesthetics. Dana's motto is "treat yo self" and that is exactly what she will help you do at your appointment! Her main goal is to help increase your confidence. Dana trained under our founder Stephanie and specializes in full face correction and PRF.

When she is not taking your “sexy photos,” you can find her enjoying the outdoors of Northern Michigan with her husband and son.

Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician

Kelsey is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician who loves helping patients feel confident in their skin. She performs BBL, Moxi, SylfirmX, chemical peels, dermaplaning and brow treatments, along with personalized medical-grade skincare consultations. She takes pride in creating treatment plans that are realistic, effective and tailored to each patient’s goals.

Outside of TAM, you can usually find Kelsey traveling with her husband, eating tacos around Ferndale or doing some online shopping.

Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician

Meaghan is a licensed esthetician who specializes in laser hair removal and skincare. A former corporate professional and long-time beauty fanatic, Meaghan is here to make you feel beautiful. As a mom of three, Meaghan understands the time constraints women are under and will make your time/treatment at TAM feel magical. Meaghan enjoys boating (skin protected), walks with her family and listening to podcasts while doing her nails.

Medical Assistant

Andrea is our Medical Assistant at TAM and plays an important role in supporting our providers and helping each patient feel comfortable throughout their visit. With a background in personal training, physical therapy and customer service, she brings a caring, hands-on approach to everything she does.

Andrea has a passion for aesthetics and loves being part of a team that helps patients feel more confident in their own skin. Outside of TAM, she enjoys spending time with her son, Hudson, watching all things Bravo and finding the newest snacks at Trader Joe’s.

Practice Manager

Our newest addition to the TAM Fam, Alaina brings a positive, organized, and supportive energy to the team. She is passionate about creating a seamless experience for both our patients and team, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of the office, Alaina enjoys traveling, reading, working out, and prioritizing self-care. She loves spending time with her husband and their two dachshunds and you can almost always find her with a brown sugar shaken espresso in hand.

Director of Marketing

Rachael is the Director of Marketing & Social Media at The Aesthetic Method. She originally joined the team as TAM’s very first receptionist, later stepped into content creation, and eventually became Practice Manager before transitioning into her current role.

Now, Rachael focuses on the creative side of TAM, overseeing marketing, social media, campaigns, content and the overall brand. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in New Jersey with her boyfriend, going to the beach, rescuing animals and trying new restaurants.

Clinical Coordinator

Allee is a licensed cosmetologist who transitioned out of salons to join TAM. Allee has extensive customer service experience and loves of all things beauty industry. She likes to always be learning, growing, and improving herself. She is passionate about serving people and her goal is to have a positive influence on everyone she encounters. When she isn’t behind the desk at work, she loves going out dancing, traveling the world, trying new restaurants, and nights in with her husband and two dogs!

Clinical Coordinator

Rebecca has a huge passion for helping others. She previously worked at a hospital, which allowed her to be compassionate towards others, while providing the best care. Rebecca is always eager to take on new challenges and learning new things. When she isn't helping clients have a positive experience at TAM, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to new places with her husband, Anton, and hosting game nights with friends. 

Medical Director

Jason is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician in Metro Detroit. He knew he wanted to be a doctor at an early age rooted in a love of caring for people and his fascination with science and technology. When choosing a medical school, he chose to attend an Osteopathic medical school because of the holistic foundation of the medical training. While he currently works primarily in the ER, he has a passion to help patients not only with emergencies, but with the overall balance of mind, body, and spirit. He is proud to be part of The Aesthetic Method team who supports the mind, body confidence and balance of its clients.
